Wrapping paper tubes were leaning like festive little towers, ornaments were rolling free like they’d staged an escape, and wreaths were lounging around as if they'd retired

When it’s all said and done, this space will still be full of personality—just a little more intentional. The projects will still happen, the drawings will still fill the floor, but the chair? It might actually get to do its job.
