(she/her)

Founder of SuperOrganized
Professional Organizer
Hoarding Specialist

Allison started organizing professionally with a humble online ad back in 2017. Since then, SuperOrganized has grown into a people-first organizing and cleaning service with heart, and a sense of humor.

Allison, mom to a tween and a teen, enjoys tubing the river, belting it out at karaoke, and designing costumes in her spare time.

She especially loves working with clients whose disorganization stems from mental health challenges like hoarding disorder, anxiety, or depression. Her approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and tailored to each person’s situation.

Oh, and she’s pretty danged handy, too. Got a bookshelf that needs building? Just ask.

A totally non-biased testimonial: "Mom, you're the best organizer in the world.  And you get it done so quickly!"     -Her son, Arthur

October

(he/they)

Professional Organizer

October brings a decade of experience in the mental health field to his work as a professional organizer, including time spent supporting LGBTQ+ callers through the National Suicide Hotline. His background in therapy, crisis intervention, and client care makes him especially skilled at meeting people where they are, without judgment, and helping them move forward with care and clarity.

He’s worked in a range of clinical and community environments where adaptability, precision, and kindness were key. October is especially passionate about helping people create calm, functional spaces during difficult seasons of life.

When he’s not organizing, you can find him birdwatching, hiking, cooking something new, or staying up way too late reading.

Julie

(she/her)

Professional Organizer

Julie spent many years as a director of development for UM schools and nonprofits, and later as a federal grant writer focused on sustainability. Creativity is at the core of her work. She has designed wedding florals for more than 30 years (often using dahlias she grew herself) and also makes unique jewelry from upcycled guitar strings.

For nearly a decade, she has hosted Airbnb guests with homemade yogurt, granola, and pastries, keeping her home lively, tidy, and welcoming. She loves thrifting and reimagining clothes, giving her a sharp eye for spotting hidden potential in what others might overlook. Julie’s strengths as an organizer come from this same blend of creativity and practicality.  She enjoys finding beauty in order, making spaces more functional, and helping people feel at ease in their homes.

Julie has lived in the same small house for 34 years, where she raised her two children, and continues to fill it with creativity, color, and care..

Reset Maintenance Specialist
Social Media Manager
Graphic Designer

Kaitlin brings a creative touch to everything she does, whether she's designing graphics, curating our social media, or stepping in to help clients stay on top of daily life with our Reset Maintenance services.

She loves diy projects, giving personalized gifts, and spending time with her roommate’s four cats. She’s a big believer in self-care and making space to recharge.

Growing up, Kaitlin's family experienced many of the same challenges our clients face. That’s what drives her passion for helping simplify people’s lives and maintaining the systems that make day-to-day living feel more manageable.

Wendy

(she/her)

Cleaner for the Cluttered

Wendy has a gift for making spaces feel warm, welcoming, and cared for, whether she’s cleaning a home or guiding preschoolers through a day of learning and play. After running her own residential cleaning company for over two decades, she earned a degree in Early Childhood Education and now works part-time in a preschool, in addition to providing top-notch cleaning services.

When she’s not working, Wendy loves spending time outdoors, going for walks with her dog Finn, camping, gardening, and soaking up the beauty of nature. She’s also a creative soul who enjoys cooking and photography.

Whether she’s helping a client create a calm, clean home or working with children in a classroom, Wendy’s approach is grounded in care, patience, and attention to detail. She believes in leaving every space, whether physical or emotional, better than she found it.
