Meet your superheroes
Allison
(she/her)
Founder of SuperOrganized
Professional Organizer
Hoarding Specialist
Allison started organizing professionally with a humble online ad back in 2017. Since then, SuperOrganized has grown into a people-first organizing service with heart and a sense of humor.
Allison, mom to a tween and a teen, enjoys tubing the river, belting it out at karaoke, and designing costumes in her spare time.
She especially loves working with clients whose disorganization stems from mental health challenges like hoarding disorder, anxiety, or depression. Her approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and tailored to each person’s situation.
Oh, and she’s pretty danged handy, too. Got a bookshelf that needs building? Just ask.
A totally non-biased testimonial: "Mom, you're the best organizer in the world. And you get it done so quickly!" -Her son, Arthur
Nakayla
(she/her)
Professional Organizer
Senior Downsizing Specialist
Nakayla has three years of hands-on organizing experience and loves helping clients break big, overwhelming projects into clear, manageable steps. She’s calm under pressure and genuinely enjoys being in the middle of the process, whether that means sorting, downsizing, or simply creating more breathing room in a space.
Prior to becoming a professional organizer, Nakayla spent over ten years working with older adults in roles ranging from caregiving to running a memory care unit. She also worked in real estate, supporting clients through buying, selling, and moving. That background shaped her steady, practical approach to organizing and her ability to support clients through change.
Outside of work, Nakayla loves traveling and trying new foods. She spent five months traveling the U.S. in her van and took her first international trip to Dubai a couple of years ago. She enjoys cooking and baking (her chocolate chip cookies are THE BEST), doing Sudoku puzzles, reading, and spending time with her family.
Kaitlin
(she/her)
Reset Maintenance Specialist
Social Media Manager
Graphic Designer
Kaitlin brings a creative touch to everything she does, whether she's designing graphics, curating our social media, or stepping in to help clients stay on top of daily life with our Reset Maintenance services.
She loves diy projects, giving personalized gifts, and spending time with her roommate’s four cats. She’s a big believer in self-care and making space to recharge.
Growing up, Kaitlin's family experienced many of the same challenges our clients face. That’s what drives her passion for helping simplify people’s lives and maintaining the systems that make day-to-day living feel more manageable.
Meg
(she/her)
Reset Maintenance Specialist
Meg brings a steady, grounded energy to our reset team, with years of experience supporting families and building long-term relationships rooted in trust and reliability. Meg works well with clients navigating stress, overwhelm, or neurodivergence, approaching each reset with patience and respect.
After many years in academia, Meg was ready for work where she could see the impact right away. She takes real satisfaction in making visible progress and helping spaces feel lighter and more manageable. Thoughtful and calm under pressure, she’s what her Southern grandma would call a true Steady Eddie.
Outside of work, Meg enjoys sewing, tending her garden, playing the banjo, and singing in a choir. She values the creativity and sense of community these hobbies bring to her life.
